• Louis was great. We had an emergency and I called about 7 plumbers before I got hold of Louis and they basically said 'I've knocked off for the day..call someone else'. Louis said 'I'll be right there' and next thing I knew he was running up the stairs and found the problem and fixed it. Very thorough and service minded. Came back the following day following up on the work making sure it was all still ok...found my new plumber. Highly recommended!
